Chapter 01Morocco
Photography became Zara's language.
It began with a single camera and a quiet conviction: that some moments deserve to be kept. For Zara, photography became a way of preserving emotions and moments that words could not always hold — a glance between a mother and daughter, the tremor in a graduate's hands, the hush before a room erupts.
In Casablanca her work grew quickly from personal to professional. She photographed the life of a university and the celebrations of a city, learning to move unseen through crowded rooms and to find, in each of them, the one face that carried the whole story.

Chapter 02United Kingdom
Then Nabil joined the story.
When the story crossed the Channel, Nabil joined Zara as her partner and manager — bringing organisation, coordination, creative support and a second pair of eyes. Where Zara sees the moment, Nabil sees the day: the timings, the light, the logistics that let her disappear into the work.
He is also our drone pilot. From the air, an intimate ground-level photograph opens into something cinematic — a couple becoming two small figures on a Cambridge lawn, a family gathered on a Cornish cliff, the geometry of a wedding seen from above. Two perspectives, one story.
